In 2022 I founded Coco Market, a free, community-focused wellness market in Delray Beach that brings together dozens of local practitioners and small businesses every month. Those are the people I bring to your team.
I'm a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher with training in breathwork and meditation, and I've produced wellness events for more than 1,000 people at a time.
