Bachelorette party yoga in Delray Beach
A small group class just for the bride and her friends. Add a little wellness to the weekend, then head to brunch, the beach or the big night feeling great.
$25 per person, $250 minimum
How it works
Pick your spot - the beach, a park or your rental - and a time that fits the weekend. I bring the flow and the good energy. Everyone moves at their own pace, so first-timers and regular yogis can enjoy it together.
Classes open with a short grounding meditation, move through feel-good stretches and flowing postures, and close with savasana so everyone leaves relaxed and glowing.

The little extras
Oracle cards and tingsha bells are part of the experience. Essential oils are available on request, and towels are available to rent.
Bachelorette yoga questions
Do we need any yoga experience?
No. Classes are beginner friendly and open to every body, whatever your size, age or experience.
Can you come to our rental?
Yes. Classes can be held at a private residence or rental, on the beach or in a park.
How much does it cost?
$25 per person with a $250 minimum. For example, a group of 14 is $350. Mats are $3 each if you need them, and a $100 non-refundable deposit holds your date.
Is there a group size limit?
No. Small groups are welcome and pay the $250 minimum. I have 20 rental mats, so larger groups can bring their own.
What if it rains?
You can reschedule or cancel, and only the $100 deposit is kept. Florida weather happens, and I'll work with you as much as I can to find a time that works.
How far ahead should we book?
Timing is flexible. Send your date and I'll let you know what's open, even for last-minute plans.
