Hi, I'm Corey

I'm so glad you're here! I'm a Delray Beach yoga teacher, and I believe yoga is for every body. Trying something new can feel like a lot, so I keep my classes relaxed, welcoming and easy to step into. I specialize in beginners and help each person find what feels best for them.

I love teaching outside. No mirrors, no front desk, just sand, sky and plenty of room to breathe, and everyone is welcome exactly as they are.

You may know me from Saturday mornings at The Seagate, or from Coco Market, the free, community-focused wellness market I founded in 2022.
