Birthday yoga parties in Palm Beach County
Celebrate with a class built for your crew. A feel-good flow on the beach, in a park or at home, with plenty of laughs along the way. Adult birthdays are my favorite, and I teach kids classes too.
Adult parties from $250. Kids parties $300.
Make it your own
Tell me about the guest of honor and the group, and I'll plan a class that fits the celebration - easygoing and playful, or slow and restorative.
Adult birthdays
Gather your friends for a sunrise or sunset flow on the beach, a class at your home before dinner, or a relaxed stretch to kick off the weekend.
Kids parties
Playful, movement-based classes for kids of any age, with games and breathing they can take home. Kids parties are $300.
