Do people need yoga experience?
No. Every class is beginner friendly and offers options for different bodies and comfort levels.
What should people wear?
Anything comfortable they can move in.
Do we need mats?
I can bring up to 20 rental mats at $3 each, or your team can bring their own.
What if the weather turns?
You can reschedule or cancel, and only the $100 deposit is kept.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. I can provide an invoice, a W-9 and a certificate of insurance for your records or your venue.
How far ahead should we book?
Timing is flexible. Send your preferred date and I'll let you know what's open.
