Yoga & Live Music: Jakob Takos

Join Cocoyogi and Shelby for a unique outdoor flow as you enjoy a live acoustic set by Jakob Takos. This will be a 75 minute co-taught vinyasa class where we have the pleasure of listening to live music from an incredible local artist (instead of one of our great playlists🤪)  Jakob Takos is an South Florida musician with a creative edge. Taking his appreciation for all genres of music and combining it with his love for his hometown, Takos has blended his style of music into what he calls “Sunshine Soul." (Sunshine = Folky/Beachy) (Soul = Blues/RnB)! His vibe will create a lovely musical landscape for a our yoga class!  Cocoyogi and Shelby will guide you through an expansive class with a smooth warm up, dynamic flow, and gentle cool down. You’ll cap off the night with a blissful and well-deserved shavasana.   We will practice outside in our friend’s lovely back yard in  Lake Worth, FL!
