A glimpse inside class
No two classes are the same, because no two groups are the same. Before we start, I take a moment to read the room: who's brand new, who's been practicing for years, who needs to slow down and who wants to move. Then I shape the class around the people in front of me.
I meet every student where they are. You'll get options for every pose, so you can make each one your own, and there's never any pressure to look a certain way or keep up with anyone else.
Yoga is for everybody and every body, whatever your size, age or experience. Come as you are. You'll leave feeling lighter and more connected to yourself.
