Service Description

This morning class is held on the beach at the Seagate Beach club and is open to the public! Class is a $15 drop in. Bring a large beach towel or a tapestry or a sheet and get ready to feel good! This class is open to all levels, beginners certainly welcome. See you on the sand. Don't forget your water, sunscreen and comfortable clothing.
