About the event
Please join me in this all levels slow flow yoga class on Delray Beach at sunset! We will link movement to breath as we connect to our inner selves and cultivate a feeling of peace and contentment. It will be sandy, it will be flowy, and it will be beautiful.
Please bring yourselves, a few towels or tapestry (something to spread out on the sand, yoga mat is optional) and a water bottle. We will meet at Delray Beach Club on the sand.
