Join Coco for this feel good morning flow! You will link movement to breath as you connect to yourself, your body, your breath and those practicing with you. This all levels class is a gentle slow flow open to all - everybody and every body! You will leave feeling renewed, refreshed and calm and cultivate a feeling of peace and contentment.
A portion of proceeds benefit SCGP, a non-profit. community garden & food forest.
