October Full Moon Flow

Please join me for a moon salutation class during the full moon on Delray Beach! We will do a full moon meditation, a warm up, moon salutations and a cool down as the moon rises over the ocean right in front of our eyes.

Come take an hour to quiet the mind, energize the body and spirit, and salute the moon. We will link movement to breath as we connect to our inner selves and cultivate a feeling of peace and contentment. We will connect with something greater as we watch the magic of the sky during sunset and moonrise. Please bring yourselves, a mat, a few towels or a tapestry, a water bottle, and any friends who may be interested! We will meet just south of N2 lifeguard stand. Parking can get tight so please arrive early if possible. No worries if you're running a little late, just join in! If you have any questions, please let me know.
