About the event
Please join Dina in this all levels vinyasa class during the rise of the full moon over the ocean on Delray Beach! Â Come take an hour for yourself to quiet the mind and energize the body and spirit.
We begin with a moon meditation to open, followed by moon salutations, a cool down, and end as the moon rises over the ocean!
 Please bring yourselves, a mat, a few towels or a tapestry, a water bottle, and any friends who may be interested. If you have any questions please let me know! See you on the sand.
