Coco Connections Health & Wellness Market

Coco Connections is a free health and wellness centered market that aims to build community and foster new connections! Our mission is to bring local small businesses together to support one another and the larger community. We will gather on the first Sunday morning of every month in Veterans Park in Delray Beach, Florida from 9 AM-1 PM. We will have 25-30 local vendors, health and wellness professionals providing various services, live music. We will offer yoga at the beginning of the market, and a fitness class at the end of the market.

About the Organizers:

Corey Heyman (AKA Cocoyogi) is a Delray Beach, FL based private and group yoga teacher and sunshine spreader who found her 'why' through teaching and practicing yoga, and creating a sense of community. Her purpose is to help people connect with their bodies, their breath, to each other, and to something greater. You can learn more about her offerings at www.thecocoyogi.com.

Coco's passion for yoga and nature lead her to guiding outdoor group classes in Delray and throughout South Florida - on the beach during sunrise and sunset, on farms with little goats, and under the Delray 100 ft Christmas Tree. She hosts special pop-up events collaborating with local small business owners to bring the community together. A bright spot of her life is volunteering at Recovery Through Repetition for donation based vinyasa flows to benefit the recovery community of South Florida. When she's not teaching outside, you can find her guiding private one-on-one sessions to help individuals meet their specific goals.

Jess Pfeffer, Founder of Real Connections Events,  has been hired to be the event planner for Coco Connections market. She is on a mission to connect people to holistic practitioners for better mental, physical + spiritual health. Her business model includes classes, workshops, events + retreats to promote wellness, provide tips, tools and techniques for a balanced life, + spread love and happiness to as many people as possible. As a woman solopreneur Jess is a holistic talent agent, Wellth Advisor and conscious event planner.

As a yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teacher, Masters Level Mental Health Therapist, Prior Juice Bar Co- Owner and Health and Wellness Enthusiast it is Jess’ honor to be the event planner for these monthly health + wellness markets supporting another amazing holistic expert, Corey Heyman aka Cocoyogi.
